TIRIDRO (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is an online marketplace and community platform based in the United Kingdom, connecting buyers and sellers, employers and job seekers, and people offering or looking for local services.
TIRIDRO is operated as an unregistered trading name (not a registered limited company). For contact purposes, use the details below.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using TIRIDRO, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and, if you sell or advertise on the platform, our Seller Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Who can use TIRIDRO
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account. Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared or transferred.
4. What TIRIDRO is and is not
TIRIDRO is a platform that connects users with each other. Except where we explicitly say otherwise (for example, where TIRIDRO itself charges a listing or subscription fee), contracts for the sale of goods, provision of services, or employment are between the users involved, not with TIRIDRO. We are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing, message, or user.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Listings and content
When you post a listing, message, review, reel, or any other content, you confirm that you have the right to post it, that it is accurate, and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
7. Prohibited items and conduct
You must not use TIRIDRO to sell or advertise anything illegal in the UK, to harass or discriminate against other users, to post fraudulent or misleading listings, or to attempt to circumvent any fees, gates, or safety features of the platform.
8. Fees
Some categories on TIRIDRO charge a commission on completed sales, a per-lead fee, or a subscription. The applicable fees for each section are shown before you list or subscribe, and may change from time to time with reasonable notice. Where TIRIDRO is running with reduced or zero platform fees during a launch period, this does not create a permanent right to that pricing.
9. Payments
Payments for goods and services bought through the basket are processed by Stripe. Sellers receive payouts directly to their own UK bank account via Stripe Connect; TIRIDRO does not hold seller funds beyond the point a payout is due. Some purchases (for example, subscriptions and lead credit) are processed through our WooCommerce checkout using the same payment provider.
10. TiriCoins
TiriCoins are an in-platform credit usable only for specified features on TIRIDRO (such as memberships and Reels tools) and have no cash value outside the platform. TiriCoins are non-transferable between accounts and non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIRIDRO is not liable for losses arising from transactions or disputes between users, from content posted by users, or from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where the law does not allow such limitation.
12. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a risk to other users, with or without notice depending on the severity of the issue.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TIRIDRO after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
