Refund and cancellation rights can depend on who the seller is, what was purchased and whether the transaction is covered by consumer law. Buyers should review the seller’s terms before paying.

Any refund rules for listing, membership, promotion or platform fees will be shown at the point of purchase. Statutory rights are not affected.
Requesting a refund
Contact the seller first for an item or service purchase. For a charge made directly by TIRIDRO, contact support with the date, amount and transaction reference, but never send full card details.
