1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions, to anyone approved to sell goods, advertise a vehicle as a dealer, subscribe as a letting/estate agency, subscribe as a recruiter, or otherwise post as a business on TIRIDRO.
2. Approval
Selling in gated categories requires an application, reviewed by hand. We may approve, reject, or later suspend seller status at our discretion, including where listings or conduct breach these terms.
3. Fees by category
Fees differ by category and may change from time to time, with the current rate always shown before you list or renew. As of this policy:
- Marketplace / Clearance: a percentage commission plus a small fixed fee per sale, taken automatically from the payment before payout.
- Home Made: a percentage commission per sale, with no fixed fee on top.
- Auto (dealers): listings themselves are free; a monthly subscription applies once the free listing allowance is used.
- Property (Agency): a monthly subscription after a limited number of free listings.
- Jobs (Recruitment agencies): ordinary employers post free; recruitment agencies pay a monthly subscription after a limited number of free adverts.
- Construction and trades: a flat fee per enquiry unlocked (pay-per-lead), rather than a listing or sale fee.
Where TIRIDRO is running a free-launch period, some or all of the above may be temporarily reduced to zero; this is shown live on the relevant pages and does not create a permanent right to that pricing.
4. Getting paid
Payouts for marketplace-style sales are made to your own UK bank account via Stripe Connect. You will be asked to verify your identity with Stripe directly, as required by UK law for anyone receiving payments – TIRIDRO never sees or stores your bank details or ID documents. Payout is released once the relevant order is marked complete.
5. Your responsibilities as a seller
- Listings must be accurate, and prices must be genuine.
- You are responsible for complying with the law relevant to what you sell or offer, including consumer protection law, food safety and labelling (for Home Made food sellers), and any licensing requirements for trades or services.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from sales made through TIRIDRO.
- You must honour orders placed and paid for through the platform, or provide a refund where you cannot.
6. Disputes with buyers
You agree to try to resolve disputes with buyers directly and in good faith. TIRIDRO may step in to help mediate but is not obliged to do so and is not a party to the underlying sale.
7. Suspension of seller status
We may suspend or remove your seller status, listings, or subscription access at our discretion where these terms, our general Terms and Conditions, or the law are breached. Fees already properly charged for services already provided are not refunded on suspension for cause.
