Cookies are small files saved by your browser. TIRIDRO also uses your browser’s own storage (local storage and session storage) in a few places. This page lists what we use and why.
1. Strictly necessary
These make the site work and cannot be switched off:
- WordPress login cookies β keep you signed in.
- WooCommerce cookies β remember your basket and checkout.
- Stripe β security and fraud prevention during payment.
- Cloudflare (for example
__cf_bm) β protect the site from bots and attacks. - Your cookie choice β remembers whether you accepted optional cookies.
2. Functional
- Preferences β for example your active profile, where you sell from, or a saved search.
- Translation β GTranslate remembers the language you picked.
- Browser storage β keeps your unfinished Reel in the Reel studio if the page reloads, and remembers for your current visit that you read the warning about a seller abroad. This stays on your device.
3. Statistics
We count page visits and Reel views on our own server to see which pages are used. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or advertising cookies.
4. YouTube
A YouTube video in a Reel loads only when you press Play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may then store information on your device under its own policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in and checkout will not work.
