1. Using TIRIDRO
By accessing or using TIRIDRO, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information. You must not post illegal, misleading, unsafe, infringing or fraudulent content.
2. Marketplace role
Unless TIRIDRO is identified as the direct seller, transactions are made between the buyer and the independent seller or service provider. Users are responsible for checking descriptions, prices, suitability and the identity of the person they trade with.
3. Accounts and listings
You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity carried out through your account. TIRIDRO may remove listings, restrict accounts or suspend access where necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.
4. Student Hub eligibility
Student Hub is a restricted area for users aged 18 or over who are currently enrolled at a recognised university, higher education institution or further education college. School pupils and users who cannot provide acceptable evidence of current enrolment are not eligible for verified access.
5. Student verification
Access is granted only after TIRIDRO reviews a current student card, enrolment letter or official confirmation from the education provider. Review normally takes up to 3 business days, but may take longer where additional information is required. Submitting false, altered, misleading or another person’s document may lead to rejection, removal of Student Hub access, suspension or termination of the account.
6. Student documents and privacy
Verification documents are private, are not displayed publicly and may be viewed only by authorised administrators for the purpose of checking student eligibility. Users must not publish student ID numbers or verification documents in public listings.
7. Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. Never send full card details through listings or private messages.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TIRIDRO is not responsible for user-generated content or disputes between independent users.
This starter policy should be reviewed and adapted to TIRIDRO’s final business model, payment flow and contact details before public launch.
