Buyer Protection helps you get your money back when something bought through the TIRIDRO basket goes wrong.
1. What is covered
Items bought and paid for through the TIRIDRO basket (Add to Basket or Buy Now) that:
- never arrive;
- arrive damaged or faulty;
- are significantly not as described, or are the wrong item.
Open a return or report a problem from your order as soon as you notice it (fresh food: within 48 hours of delivery, with photos). The seller has 3 days to answer: if they accept or do not answer, you are refunded; if they refuse, TIRIDRO reviews the case and can refund you. Return postage is paid by the seller when the item is faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described.
2. What is not covered
- Anything paid outside the TIRIDRO basket β bank transfer, cash, PayPal or any other way.
- Items sent from abroad (marked “Sent from [country]”). You agree payment and delivery directly with the seller.
- Services, jobs, property, vehicles, events and other contact-only listings.
- Changing your mind about an item from a private seller.
- Damage caused after delivery, or items you have used up.
3. Stay safe
- Pay through the TIRIDRO basket when the listing has one. If a seller asks you to pay another way for such an item, report it.
- Keep all messages inside TIRIDRO chat.
- Be careful with prices that look too good to be true, pressure to pay quickly, and requests for passwords, one-time codes or card details. TIRIDRO will never ask for these by message.
- For collection, meet in a public place and check the item before you pay.
- For items from abroad, ask before you pay about delivery time and cost, returns, and customs or import VAT.
4. Report a problem
Use Report on the listing, the return option in your order, or email [email protected] with the listing link. See also our Refund Policy.
