These terms explain the rules for using TIRIDRO (tiridro.uk). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Buyer Protection and, if you sell or advertise, our Seller Terms.
1. Who we are
TIRIDRO is a trading name of Alin Bortas, a sole trader based in England. TIRIDRO is not a registered company.

2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using TIRIDRO you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows the current version, and important changes are announced on the site. Using TIRIDRO after a change means you accept it.
3. Who can use TIRIDRO
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- Your account is personal. Do not share it or let anyone else use it.
- You must give true details and keep them up to date. You can sign up with an email address or with Google.
4. What TIRIDRO is
TIRIDRO is a UK online marketplace and community platform. People use it to sell and buy products and home-made goods, offer services and trades, post jobs, property, vehicles, events, transport and travel, and share Reels.
Unless a page clearly says TIRIDRO itself is selling something (for example TiriCoins, promotion or a subscription), the contract for an item or service is between the buyer and the seller. TIRIDRO is not the seller, does not own the items and is not a party to that contract. We provide the platform, the checkout for eligible items and the tools described in these terms.
5. Buying on TIRIDRO
- You need an account to buy. Visitors who are not signed in are asked to create a free account first.
- Checkout. Eligible products (mainly Marketplace, Home Made and Clearance) can be bought through the TIRIDRO basket. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- UK delivery only. Items bought through the TIRIDRO basket can only be delivered to an address in the United Kingdom.
- Contact-only listings. Some listings have no basket: services, jobs, property, vehicles, items sent from abroad and others. For these you contact the seller and agree payment and delivery directly with them. These deals are not covered by TIRIDRO Buyer Protection.
- Check the description, photos, price, delivery and return terms before you pay. Never pay by bank transfer or gift card to someone who asks you to leave the TIRIDRO checkout for an item that has a basket.
6. Items sent from abroad
Some sellers live outside the UK (for example in Romania) and send products to buyers in the UK. These listings are marked “Sent from [country]” and have their own page. For these items:
- there is no TIRIDRO basket; you pay and arrange delivery directly with the seller;
- TIRIDRO does not take or hold the payment and Buyer Protection does not apply;
- you may have to pay customs duty or import VAT when the parcel arrives;
- the seller is responsible for being allowed to send the item to the UK (food, plants, medicines and some other goods have strict import rules).
We show a warning before you contact such a seller. Please read it.
7. Listings and content you post
When you post a listing, photo, message, review, Reel or any other content, you confirm that:
- it is accurate, honest and not misleading, including the price, the condition, the product origin or community you choose and whether you are a private seller or a business;
- you own it or have permission to use it;
- it does not break the law or anyone’s rights (copyright, trade marks, privacy).
You keep ownership of your content. You give TIRIDRO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, store, resize and share it on TIRIDRO and to promote TIRIDRO (for example showing your listing or Reel on the homepage or on social media) for as long as it is on the site. We may edit layout or remove content that breaks these terms.
8. Reels
- Upload only videos, photos and audio you made yourself or have permission to use.
- Music: use only tracks from the TIRIDRO music library, audio you made yourself, or audio you have a licence for. Music copied from Spotify, YouTube, the radio or other apps is not allowed.
- YouTube videos: you may add a YouTube video only if it is your own or you have the owner’s permission. It plays in YouTube’s own player and YouTube’s Terms of Service also apply. Nothing is downloaded or copied to TIRIDRO. The plays we count on TIRIDRO are not YouTube views.
- Text, prices and offers in a Reel must be true. The price shown next to a Reel always comes from the linked listing.
- A Reel made from photos can be saved as a video file that you may download and share elsewhere.
9. Things you must not do
- Sell or advertise anything illegal in the UK, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, prescription medicines, tobacco or alcohol without the right licence, live animals where the law does not allow it, or adult content.
- Post fake listings, fake reviews, misleading prices or “was” prices that were never charged.
- Ask buyers to pay outside the TIRIDRO checkout for an item that has a basket, or try to avoid TIRIDRO’s fees.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, or send spam.
- Collect other users’ personal data, scrape the site, or interfere with how it works.
- Open several accounts to get around a suspension.
10. Fees, TiriCoins and promotion
- Some sections charge a commission on a sale, a fee per enquiry or a subscription. The current fee is always shown before you list, buy or subscribe. Details are in our Seller Terms.
- TiriCoins are TIRIDRO credit. You buy them with money in TiriBank (currently Β£1 = 100 TiriCoins) and spend them on TIRIDRO features such as promoting a listing or memberships. They have no cash value outside TIRIDRO, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged back for money, except where our Refund Policy or the law says otherwise.
- Promote: a listing can be promoted for 7 days (Boost, Homepage slider, Homepage top spot or a bundle) for the TiriCoins price shown in the Promote window. Promotion gives more visibility; it does not guarantee views, enquiries or sales.
11. Payments and payouts
Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Sellers are paid out to their own bank account through Stripe Connect after the order is completed, minus any TIRIDRO fee. TIRIDRO never sees full card numbers. Never send card details, passwords or one-time codes in a listing or a message.
12. Returns and disputes
If something bought through the TIRIDRO basket is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong item, open a return from your order. The seller has 3 days to reply. If the seller accepts or does not answer in time, you are refunded; if the seller refuses, TIRIDRO reviews the case and decides. How returns, return postage and refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy and Buyer Protection pages. This does not affect your legal rights.
13. Student Hub
Student Hub is only for users aged 18 or over who are currently enrolled at a recognised university, higher education institution or further education college. Access is given after we check a current student card, enrolment letter or official confirmation from the education provider, normally within 3 working days. Verification documents are private, are seen only by authorised administrators and are used only to check eligibility. Sending a false, altered or someone else’s document can lead to rejection, removal of access or closure of your account. Never publish a student ID number or verification document in a listing.
14. AI features
Some tools suggest text, captions, descriptions or designs using artificial intelligence. Suggestions can be wrong. Check and edit them before you publish; you are responsible for what you post.
15. Suspending or closing accounts
- We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, puts other users at risk or is used for fraud. Where reasonable, we tell you why.
- You can close your account at any time from My account β Leave TIRIDRO. If you are a seller with unfinished orders, finish them first. When an account is closed, your listings and Reels are taken down and your personal details are erased, but we keep order, payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.
16. Our responsibility to you
We work to keep TIRIDRO safe and available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for what users post, for the quality, safety or legality of items and services sold between users, or for deals made outside the TIRIDRO checkout. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
17. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, email us first at [email protected] and we will try to put it right.
