Romanian speaking Student recruitment officer

Location: London (Office Based)

Gabby Workforce Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Romanian Speaking Student Recruitment Advisor.

Salary:

* £25,000 per year
* Uncapped commission
* Salary review after successful probation

Working Pattern:

* Full-time
* Flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise and support prospective students throughout the university application process.
* Build relationships with potential students and understand their educational goals.
* Promote university courses and available study opportunities.
* Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication with applicants.
* Keep accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
* Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service throughout the student journey.

Requirements:

* Fluent Romanian and English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service experience.
* Good IT and computer skills.
* Previous sales, recruitment, admissions or student recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
